HPNA Membership Form
Membership is open to all residents of the Hamilton Park
area bounded by Division Street
to the west, Henderson Street to the east, Twelfth Street to the north,
and Sixth Street to the south.
Membership Dues are $5 per household
for one calendar year.
Cash, check, and Pay-Pal are accepted.

There are four ways to join:
1. Dues are accepted at HPNA membership meeting held the first
Wednesday of every month.
